Returns & Refunds
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will accept items for return in any of the following cases:
a. The product was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the product or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you would prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty product from you before dispatching a new one.
b. The product was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.
We will:
- Either arrange to collect the products (the whole order) and give you a full refund
- Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you, provided we are notified within the specified period of receipt of the product.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Please do not return goods before receiving a written authorization for refund from Garage Blitz or a refund will not be made. |
